The Allothi | Premium Spirit Packaging & Label Design
Overview
The Project As an internal creative initiative, BLADEadv set out to reimagine the visual identity of a traditional Greek spirit. Our objective was to conceptualize “The Allothi” (The Alibi)—a premium tsipouro brand—and architect a packaging system that elevates a local classic into a high-end, contemporary beverage experience.
The Challenge Traditional local spirits often rely on predictable, folklore-heavy aesthetics. Our self-imposed challenge was to break away from these outdated visual clichés. We aimed to create a label that feels sophisticated, modern, and subtly playful (reflecting the brand name), specifically designed to appeal to a discerning demographic within the premium nightlife and gastronomy sectors.
The Solution We designed a minimalist, highly refined label utilizing a deep, elegant color palette and crisp, modern typography. By focusing on clean lines, negative space, and a premium bottle silhouette, we successfully crafted a conceptual packaging design that proves traditional Greek products can flawlessly compete on the top-tier global design stage.
